No Refunds are offered if;
* Cancelling with less than 24 hours or a being no show means you will not be refunded.
* If you need to cancel, email me at glenda-marie1@hotmail.com as soon as possible, a refund will be issued minus the booking fee.
* Refunds are processed promptly, but since Paypal no longer refund their fees, there's an unavoidable 10% admin charge on all refunds.
* Refunds will not be provided for any sessions or work that has been completed.
